Arlon Series 5570 Blockout Film - Non-Perforated
Series 5570 is a 4-mil (100 micron) non-perforated blockout film designed for use in internally illuminated signage and displays where light transmission is not desired. This product provides excellent initial tack and ultimate adhesion, ensuring long-lasting performance on a variety of substrates. The Series 5570 is available in white (120) and black (122) standard colors, with custom colors available upon request. With a 5-year outdoor durability, it ensures reliable performance in various environmental conditions.

Performance Features:
- Humidity Resistance: No appreciable effect after 500 hours at 100°F (38°C) and 100% relative humidity
- Gasoline Resistance: Withstands immersion in gasoline for 15 minutes at 70°F (21°C), stabilized for 24 hours
- Dimensional Stability: 0.015 in (0.4 mm) at 158°F (70°C) for 48 hours
- Peel Adhesion: ≥ 3 lb/in (≥ 0.54 kg/cm) at 70°F (21°C) after 15 min (PSTC-101 test)
- Liner Release: 150 g/2 in (30 g/cm) at 300 in/min (762 cm/min) (TLMI)
Adhesive Properties:
- Material: 4-mil (100 micron) cast blockout film coated with acrylic pressure-sensitive adhesive
- Temperature Range: Ideal application temperature between 60°F and 90°F (15°C and 32°C)
- Extended Application: Can be applied below 40°F (4°C) with heat gun and above 90°F (32°C) with “wet” application technique
