DPF 4600GLX/MLX Vinyl Film High Performance Digital Film with X-Scape Technology®
DPF 4600GLX/MLX is constructed of a 3.2-mil (80 micron) white gloss or matte high performance calendered film with a tinted, clean removing, repositionable adhesive system. The repositionable light gray adhesive allows for easy installation while ensuring enough opacity for covering up existing graphics or dark substrates. The Low Profile X-Scape Technology provides installers the benefit of a bubble-free installation combined with a smooth printed surface that doesn’t show the pattern through the print. DPF 4600GLX/MLX works great for your multipurpose signage needs. DPF 4600GLX/MLX is rated for outdoor durability up to 7 years (unprinted). Printed durability is dependent on the ink system used.

Performance Features:
DPF 4600GLX/MLX offers excellent resistance to weathering and is designed for vertical or upper outboard angles to maximize durability. For horizontal applications, such as hoods and roofs, degradation may occur faster due to increased exposure to sunlight, moisture, and contaminants. Post-heating the film to 200°F to 220°F (95°C to 105°C) is recommended for optimal adhesion and performance.
Note:
- The product is best used for medium-term static signage and vehicle wraps on flat surfaces or simple curves.
- It is not recommended for complex curves, deep channels, or rigorous vehicle washing cycles.
- Short-term interior floor graphics require testing on the actual surface before application.
