DPF 6000RP Clear is a 2-mil (50 micron) gloss clear cast film with clear, permanent pressure-sensitive adhesive. Designed for large format graphics, DPF 6000RP Clear is made of premium quality cast face stock with a special layflat liner. The special adhesive system is designed to provide easy installation. DPF 6000RP Clear is rated for outdoor durability up to 7 years (unprinted). Printed durability is dependent on the ink system used.

- Great for window applications, second surface signs, backlit signage, vehicle graphics, display graphics.
- Used in conjunction with Series 3200, Series 3210, Series 3220, or Series 3350 overlaminates.

- Elongation: ≥ 150%, offering excellent stretch and conformability for diverse surfaces.
Application & Storage:
- Shelf Life: 1 year from factory shipment when stored in optimal conditions, away from excessive moisture, temperature extremes, and direct sunlight.
- Application Temperature Range:
- For flat, clean, dry substrates: 40°F to 100°F (4.4°C to 38°C) for optimal results.
- For substrates with rivets and channels (corrugated surfaces): 60°F to 100°F (15°C to 38°C) optimal.
- Service Temperature Range: Suitable for performance in extreme conditions from -40°F to 175°F (-40°C to 79°C).
Performance Features:
- Dimensional Stability: At 158°F (70°C) for 48 hours, the film demonstrates a minimal shrinkage of 0.015 in (0.38 mm).
- Peel Adhesion: ≥ 2.5 lbs/in (≥ 0.45 kg/cm) after 15 minutes at room temperature (70°F/21°C), ensuring strong initial adhesion.
- Liner Release: Release strength of 30 g/2 in (12 g/cm) at a speed of 300 in/min (760 cm/min), making application easier and more consistent.
