DPF 4500GLX / MLX Vinyl Film - Intermediate Calendered Digital Print Film with X-Scape Technology
DPF 4500GLX / MLX is constructed of a 3-mil (75 micron) white calendered film offered in gloss or matte and coated with tinted, bubble releasing, permanent pressure-sensitive adhesive. The LX (Low Profile) X-Scape System allows installers to achieve speedy installation while maintaining high enough tack to ensure long-term bond. The polymeric facestock allows for vibrant prints combined with ease of application for short and medium-term graphics. DPF 4500GLX / MLX is rated for outdoor durability up to 5 years (unprinted). Printed durability is dependent on the ink system used.

- Dimensional Stability: Shrinkage ≤ 0.025 in (0.64 mm) after 158°F (70°C) aging for 48 hours.
- Peel Adhesion: 2.5 lb/in (0.45 kg/cm) after 15 minutes at 70°F (21°C).
Liner Release: 60 g/2 in (11.81 g/cm) at 90° release angle and 300 in/min (760 cm/min).
